⚫ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೆಷನಸ್೯ (KAS) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ KPSC ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ & ಮರುಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದೆ.!!
⚫ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು KAT ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನ್ಯಾಯೋಚಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದ ನಂತರ KPSC ಯು ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸರಕಾರವು KPSC ಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.!!
