operative Service (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

Whereas, the draft of the Karnataka Co-operative Service (Cadre and Recruitment)

Rules, 2023 which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil

Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1980) is hereby published as required by clause (a)

of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to

be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into

consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.

Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 12.01.2024.

And where as objections and suggestions received in this behalf have been examined

by the Government and since the objections and suggestions received are not deserving and

justifiable; the government has decided to issue the Final Rules of Karnataka Co-operative 

Service (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2023 dated: 12.01.2024. 

 Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 read 

with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1980) 

the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Rules.
