and Accounts Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2023

Whereas the draft of the Karnataka State Audit and Accounts Services (Recruitment)

(Amendment) Rules, 2023, was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 3 read

with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), in

Notification No: FD 154 SAD 2022 dated 17.02.2023 in Part IV-A of Karnataka Gazette

dated:24.02.2023 Inviting Objections and Suggestions from all persons likely to be affected

within 15 days from the date of its publication in the official gazette.

And Whereas the said gazette was made available to the public on 24th February

 2023.

 And whereas, objections and suggestions received in this behalf have been 

considered by the State Government.

 Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 

read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 

1990), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the 

Karnataka State Audit and Accounts Services (Recruitment) Rules, 2011, namely :
