ALERT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES WHO ARE APPEARING FOR 2ND PHASE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION/MEDICAL EXAMINATION AGAINST CEN NO.RRC-01/2019
1. 2nd Phase of Document Verification will be held from 19.08.2024 to 21.08.2024 (3 Days) followed by Medical Examination at Various Railway Hospitals over SWR. The Medical Examination is scheduled from 20.08.2024 to 05.09.2024.
2. After document verification process, candidates have to report at the Hospital and on the dates indicated against their name. Candidates are advised to plan their journey accordingly for attending Medical Examination at the respective Hospitals, on the dates mentioned against their names.
3. Candidates may be required to stay for longer period for the Medical Examination which comprise of Tests/Investigations. Hence, the candidates are requested to come prepared to stay till completion of Medical Examination, at their own expense/arrangements. Transportation between and DV & ME venues will also be at the expense of the Candidates. RRC will not make any arrangements for providing accommodation and transportation.
4. No request for change of date and Venue of Medical Examination will be entertained.
5. It may be noted that, merely calling a candidate for DV/ME does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in the Railways. Their consideration for further process of recruitment is subject to them being found eligible in DV & ME by the Railways.
6. Candidates are hereby instructed to go through the list attached herein below for scheduled date and venue of the Medical Examination. Candidates can plan their travel schedule for appearing Document Verification/Medical Examination accordingly.
