Karnataka TET Result 2024

The Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 (KARTET-2024) was conducted by the Central Enrollment Unit of the School Education Department on Date:30/06/2024 in all the districts of the state. Eligibility Test Paper-1 (for junior primary school teachers teaching classes 1 to 5) and paper-2 (for senior primary school teachers teaching classes 6 to 8) were conducted. 90,299 candidates have appeared for Paper-1 of the said examination and 4,016 candidates have qualified and 1,55,167 candidates have appeared for Paper-2 and 10,600 candidates have qualified. Out of a total of 2,45,466 candidates who appeared for the examination in Paper-1 and Paper-2, 14,616 candidates have qualified. The result of qualified candidates in Paper-1 is 4.45%, the result of qualified candidates in Paper-2 is 6.83%.

The Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 consists of eight languages ​​(Kannada, English, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Hindi and Sanskrit) in Language-1 and Language-2 and optional subject papers in seven language mediums (Kannada, English, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Hindi) included.

Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 Key-Answers were published on Date:08/07/2024 and candidates were given time to submit objections online from Date:08/07/2024 to 13/07/2024. A total of 124 objections were received and verified at the Centralized Enrollment Unit. After examining the objections by the committee consisting of experts in each subject, the final key-answers are published on the date:31/07/2024 based on the report given by the committee.

Based on the final key-answers, OMR evaluated the answer sheets and calculated the results. Accordingly, 60% of qualifying marks in papers related to general category candidates and 55% of qualifying marks for caste, caste, category-1 and differently-abled candidates have been published.
