The National Scholarship Portal is taken as a Mission Mode Project under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP).

The National Scholarship Portal covers all types of scholarships for Class 1 to PhD level students. The NSP Portal manages various services like verifying student applications, providing application receipts, processing the application, and sanctioning and disbursal of scholarship amount to the beneficiaries.

In order to help students all around India finish their education, the NSP (National Scholarship platform) is a dedicated online scholarship platform that lists numerous scholarships. The Central Government, State Governments, and other government organizations like AICTE, UGC, etc. all have a variety of programs available on it. It is a one-stop shop for all government scholarships and provides a wide range of services, from online scholarship applications to hassle-free scholarship disbursement.

The National Scholarship Portal covers the following different types of scholarships, all these categories are categorized below:-

NSP Scholarship Application Filling Process User Manual 

How To APPLY For NSP Scholarship

1.Visit www.scholarships.gov.in, the NSP website.

2.Search for and select the “New Registration” tab from the top menu.

3.On the screen, a new NSP registration form for 2023 will display.

4.Next, select the candidate’s eligible scholarship from among the many programmes.

5.Candidates are required to provide their name, birth date, cellphone number, email address, state of residence, category, and bank information.

6.After that, “submit” a 200KB PDF or JPEG version of your bank passbook and complete the captcha on the right side of the page.

7.To obtain a special application number, click on register to “submit” the information at the National Scholarship Portal

How To Renew Scholarship Application?

1.Visit www.scholarships.gov.in, the NSP website.

2.The home page will appear on your screen.

3.You must first select the “Login“ option.

4.On your screen, a new page will appear.

5.Enter the application ID and password.

6.Fill in the captcha code.

Select “Login” from the menu.

7.You can now successfully apply for application renewal.
