Rules, 2022.

Whereas the draft of the following rules which the Government of Karnataka 

proposes to make in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 

read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 

14 of 1990), in Notification No EP 58 ESW 2021 dated 22/08/2022 in part IV A of the 

Karnataka Gazette dated 23/08/2022 inviting objections and suggestions from all 

persons likely to be affected there by within fifteen days from the date of its 

publication in the official Gazette 

And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 23/8/2022 

and, whereas, the objections and suggestions received in this behalf have been 

considered by the State Government.
