Subject: RESERVATION ORDINANCE 2022 IMPLEMENTATION NOTIFICATION

n the exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 1 of The 

Karnataka Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of seats in Educational Institutions and of appointments or posts in the services under the state) ordinance, 2022 (Karnataka ordinance No:07 of 2022), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints 01.11.2022 as the date on which all the provisions of the said ordinance shall 

came into force.
