Whereas The Amendment draft of the following rules which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (7) of rule II of the Rules and Regulations of the Association of the Karnataka Residential

Educational Institutions Society, the Governing council of the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society with the approval of the Government of Karnataka and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section

8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) in Notification No: SWD 324 MDS 2022, Date:

30.09.2022 in IV-A of the Karnataka Gazette extraordinary dated 01.10.2022 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 01.10.2022 and whereas, the objections and suggestions

received in respect of the said Amendment draft within the period specified above have been examined and finalized by the state

Government.
