In exercise of powers conferred under Article 229(1) and (2) of the Constitution of

India read with Rules 6, 7 and 11 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, and all other powers enabling thereunto, Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of Karnataka, makes the following rules to amend the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973,

(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Principal Rules’).
