Whereas, the draft of Karnataka General Service (Motor Vehicles Branch) (Recruitment) Rules, 2020 was published as required by 

clause (a) of sub-section 2 of section 3 read with section 8 of Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) in  Notification No.: SARIE 94 SAESE 2018 (P-2), Bengaluru Dated:31-12-2020 in Part IVA vide No.: 05 of the Karnataka Gazette 

Extraordinary, Dated:02-01-2021 inviting objection and suggestions from persons likely to be affected within 15 days from the date of its 

publication in the Official Gazette.

Whereas, the said gazette was made available to public on 02-01-2021.

And whereas the objections and suggestions received in this behalf have been considered by the State Government.

Now, therefore in exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of The Karnataka State Civil 

Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:
