IDBI Recruitment Educational Qualification:
Candidates who possess a full-time Master/ Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline or graduate in science along with MCA from a University/ Institute are eligible to apply.
IDBI Job Recruitment Experience:
Applicants should have an overall IT experience of 18 to 20 years, preferably in Banks, out of which 8 to 10 years working in the relevant field to apply for this job recruitment.
IDBI Job Pay Scale:
The selected candidates may get a salary of Rs.40.00 lakh to Rs.45.00 lakh per annum.
IDBI Recruitment Process:
The applicants will be shortlisted through the interview process. The selection process will comprise of preliminary screening based on the eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates will be called for the interview. Preliminary screening and Shortlisting will be based on the candidate’s application of his/her academic track record, experience and the suitability of the candidate. The final selection of candidate is subject to qualification in personal interview.
